A commissionary is someone who says yes to both the

Great Commission and the Greatness Commission.

The Great Commission has two parts:

• Reach Everyone: Preach the gospel to every person on the planet (Mark 16:15)

• Disciple Nations: Make disciples of all nations, not just in nations (Matthew 28:19)

The Greatness Commission is what Jesus said about becoming great in His kingdom:

• Serve Others: "The greatest among you will be your servant" (Matthew 23:11)

• Become Like Children: Trust God with childlike faith and bold dreams

• Embrace Rejection: "Blessed are you when people reject you for my name's sake" (Luke 6:22)

• Live the Red Letters: Know and obey everything Jesus commanded

• Love Radically: "Love God with all your heart and love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:37-39)

We exist to raise up young commissionaries who will transform communities and advance God's kingdom around the world.

Through our Discipleship Training Schools and leadership programs, we provide intensive biblical foundation, obedience-based discipleship, and cross-cultural training that transforms hearts and builds character.

Step 3: Multiply Through Sending

Equipped and empowered, these proven leaders go out to plant churches, transform communities, and train other leaders—creating a ripple effect that continues for generations.

RK and Kelike Castillo serve as the founding directors of Global Commissionary Network. As full-time missionaries with YWAM Asuncion in Paraguay, they have dedicated their lives to raising up the next generation of transformational leaders.

RK is passionate about finishing the Great Commission and living the Greatness Commission daily. Through years of ministry around the world, he has seen firsthand what happens when young people are empowered to step into their God-given calling.

Kelike brings her years as an intercessor and worshipper to the community. Called to be a mother of many, she spends her time encouraging students and staff alike while cultivating an heaven-like atmosphere through prayer and worship.

Together, they lead GCN's mission to identify, train, and send young commissionaries who will change the world.
